To do this, the organisation will:

• Operate as a multi-stakeholder cooperative providing solutions (products & services) in partnership with local organisations, individuals and initiatives.

• The board will be tasked with identifying and enabling locally relevant solutions (supporting a GenZ incubator?)

• Membership to the coop will be open to all residents but not mandatory in accessing HIVE services as a visitor or customer.

• The core solutions/revenue streams will help fund & support education programmes that further advance the HIVE’s objectives.

• The aim is for this organisation to act as a pilot & proof of concept for a model that can be adopted at scale to create a network of HIVEs supporting each other.
